Our 3-year workmanship warranty
We warrant our labor and workmanship on permanent holiday lighting installations for three years from completion.
What workmanship means here
It covers how the system was installed: track placement and attachment, the routing and concealment of wiring, how transitions and corners were executed, and how components were mounted and connected. If something we did comes loose, sits crooked, or was fitted wrong, that is ours to correct.
Manufacturer warranties are separate
The lighting components carry the manufacturer's own warranty, on the manufacturer's current written terms. Those terms are theirs to set and can change, so we will go through the current documentation with you rather than paraphrase it here or make commitments on their behalf.
Why serviceability matters to the warranty
We install modular systems specifically so a failure is a service call rather than a re-installation. If a strand needs replacing, the covers come off, the component is swapped using the compatible connections, and the trim goes back on. A system that cannot be serviced is not really warrantable in any useful sense — which is part of why we install the one we do.
What it does not cover
Physical damage from outside the installation — storms, falling limbs, roof or gutter work by others, or modifications to the system — is not workmanship. Neither is normal component life, which falls under the manufacturer's terms. We would rather tell you that plainly up front than surprise you later.
