Permanent holiday lighting for Seattle homes

A system installed once, controlled from your phone, and built so it disappears into the house in daylight.

Permanent lighting in Seattle

Seattle's housing stock is older and more varied than the Eastside, with Craftsman and Tudor homes through Magnolia, Queen Anne and the north end carrying dormers, bays and rooflines that change plane several times across one elevation. Narrow lots and street parking make access the first thing we assess, and on a 1920s facade the track color matters more than usual because the trim is what people actually look at.

We work across Seattle including Magnolia, Queen Anne, Laurelhurst, View Ridge, Wedgwood and West Seattle.

It should be hard to see by day

Track comes in white, brown, black, gray and sand, and we can custom paint to match your trim. Covers hide the wiring inside the channel. The system spends more time off than on, so daytime appearance is most of the job.

It should look like Christmas lights at night

At roughly 12-inch spacing with a warm-white configuration, the points of light reproduce the rhythm of a professionally installed C9 roofline, not the continuous wall-wash glow most permanent systems produce.

It should be serviceable

The strands are modular. A failed section means removing covers, swapping the strand, and reinstalling trim. Not treating the whole installation as disposable.

It should be restrained

For most homes the front-facing roofline and gutter line are enough. Not every edge needs a light. The architecture decides the design.
