Permanent & seasonal lighting · Seattle Eastside
The house everyone remembers at Christmas — without looking like Christmas all year.
Permanent roofline lighting that vanishes into your trim by day and reproduces a traditional C9 display by night. We still hang lights the old way too, every season, across the Eastside.

Who does the work
Chris Thomas & Dillon Bissell
Homefront Holiday Lights is a DBA of Homefront Power Wash — same owners, same crew, same shop on Beardslee Blvd in Bothell. We split the lighting work onto its own brand because it is different expertise, not a different company.

Why choose us
The Homefront standard
More lights do not make a better display. Placement, spacing, symmetry, color temperature and knowing where lights do not belong — that is the whole job.
It disappears in daylight
Color-matched track in white, brown, black, gray or sand, with the wiring hidden inside the channel. The system is off far more than it is on, so the daytime result is most of the job.
It looks like real Christmas lights
At roughly 12-inch spacing in warm white, the points of light reproduce a professionally installed C9 roofline — not the continuous wall-wash glow most permanent systems give you.
Nobody goes up a ladder in January
Installed once. After that, changing the display is a setting on your phone — for Christmas, Halloween, Diwali, game day, or nothing at all.
It can be serviced, not replaced
Modular strands mean a failure is a service call: covers off, strand swapped, trim back on. Backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty.
Simple process
How it works
Three steps from first call to lights on. No pressure, no phone quotes.
- 01
Free in-person quote
We walk the house — roofline layout, power, access, trim color, and what you actually want lit. Every quote is in person, because none of that can be assessed over the phone.
- 02
We design around the house
The layout comes from your architecture rather than a predetermined kit. We will tell you where lights do not belong as readily as where they do.
- 03
Install, then hand over
Track, controls, strands, concealment, then a final check from the ground. We set up the app with you before we leave.
Where we work
Serving Seattle & the Eastside
Fifteen cities, run out of our shop in Bothell. Just outside the list? Call and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Our work
Real Eastside installations
Every permanent job gets photographed twice — lit, and in daylight. The daylight photo is the one that tells you whether it was installed well.
What customers say
The same crew, the same standard.
Homefront Holiday Lights is new. The people doing the work are not — these are reviews of the Homefront team from the parent company's Google profile.
★★★★★
3rd year in a row and they never disappoint. As usual, the folks communicated well before they came, came on time, got the job done with top quality. Dillon is super friendly as well as professional with his craft.

Dillon & Team always do an exceptional job with everything. On top of that, he seems like a wonderful and kind person too. Wouldn't think of hiring anybody else for the job.

Are Permanent Christmas Lights Worth It?
It depends on what you already spend, how tall your roofline is, and how long you plan to stay. When permanent lighting makes sense, and when it does not.

Why Professional Permanent Lights Cost More
Retail permanent lighting kits are cheaper for real reasons. What the extra cost buys in a contractor-grade install, and when the cheaper option is fine.
