We know what good Christmas lighting is supposed to look like.
Homefront Holiday Lights installs permanent and seasonal exterior lighting across the Seattle Eastside, out of our shop in Bothell.
Part of Homefront Power Wash
Homefront Holiday Lights operates as a DBA of Homefront Power Wash — same owners, same crew, same shop on Beardslee Blvd. We split the lighting work onto its own brand because it is a different service with different expertise, not because it is a different company.
Why holiday lighting is unusual work
A pressure-washed driveway solves a maintenance problem. Holiday lights do something else — they mark time. Children seeing the house lit for the first time, grandparents visiting, relatives coming home, a first Christmas in a new house. Nobody knows in advance which year becomes the one everyone remembers.
The lights are hardware. The experience they help create is what people actually remember. That is worth taking seriously, and it is why we care as much about how an installation looks as whether it works.
What we believe about design
Great holiday lighting complements the house instead of competing with it. More lights do not automatically create a better display — knowing where not to put lights matters as much as knowing where to put them. For many homes the front-facing roofline and gutter line are enough. Not every edge needs a light, not every peak needs animation, and not every holiday needs twelve colors moving at once.
Good lighting design knows when to stop. A finished installation should feel intentional.
How we compete
Not by claiming our LEDs have more colors — anyone can buy those. What we offer is a professional modular system, color-matched concealed track, clean architectural installation, brightness control, serviceable components, and enough judgment to install a permanent system without making a house look permanently decorated.
